Refund & Returns Policy
At Sorted, Simply, we believe in intentional living and products that bring peace to your home. If your purchase isn’t quite right for your space, we are here to help.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive your items to notify us that you would like to return them. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
2. Condition of Returns
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In its original packaging (this is vital for our glass and bamboo collections).

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@sortedsimply.co.uk. Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We will provide you with the correct return address once your request is authorized.
4. Shipping Costs
As a small boutique, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in curating our collection, but if an item arrives damaged (e.g., cracked glass), please email hello@sortedsimply.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with:

A clear photograph of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
